Customer Service Rep (Full time)
The basic duties of this position are defined below...
- Provide exceptional customer service with questions and concerns
- Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of orders into computer systems
- Interacts with customers to provide inofrmation in response to inquiries about products and services to handle and resolve complaints
- Work with both facility departments and outside territory reps on a daily basis
- Experience in a parts environment or highly skilled data mining and computer skills including (high level reports/spreadsheets)
- Must be extremely organized and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities/deadlines
- Associates Degree is preferred
- 9 yrs Mfg experience preferred
- Drug Free Workplace
